Description

Description

It is employed as silylating agent for diols. Used as a monomer (‘building block’) in the production of silicone polymers or silicone resins, as an intermediate (starting material) in the production of other organosilicon substances. Also employed in non-metal surface treatment to enhance the adhesion properties of surfaces. Used in sealants, in silicone polymer preparations (for the production of elastomers), in mould-making, in semiconductor manufacture, as a laboratory chemical in research and development activities.
