Description

The Baseline™ model can be used with high-purity concentrated acids, including hydrofluoric acid. 

  • All wetted parts are constructed of PFA and high-purity TFM™ PTFE (a chemically modified PTFE), including check valves and seals
  • Volumes can be adjusted from 0.5 to 5.0mL in 0.5mL increments using the dial at the top of the handle
  • Design permits one-handed operation
  • Comes with 38–430 cap adjuster; additionally with the Baseline model is a 0.2μm air filter
  • Accuracy, ±0.02mL; precision, ±3% at 3mL
  • Optional base (Cat. No. BTBASE4) provides stability 

Baseline Bottle-Top Dispenser (BT-BL)

  • All wetted parts have been extensively acid precleaned
  • Precleaned parts are assembled under Class 100 or better cleanroom conditions
  • Calibrated and mechanically tested to ensure it meets required volume, precision and accuracy requirements
  • Unit is filled with high-purity Nitric Acid for further cleaning and mechanical testing
  • Rinsed thoroughly with high purity water to remove residual acid
  • Packaged under Class 100 or better cleanroom conditions
HF Acid Bottle-Top Dispenser (BT-HF)
  • For applications that require the chemical resistance of PTFE, such as ASC or Technical-Grade acids (including hydrofluoric acid)
  • Calibrated and mechanically tested to ensure required volume, precision and accuracy requirements
