Description
The Countess Test Beads are 10 μm latex microspheres designed for use with the Countess Automated Cell Counter to verify accurate cell counting and sizing. The beads have a nominal diameter of 10 μm ±10% and are supplied as a suspension containing 1 x 106 beads/mL ±10%. To verify proper functioning of the Countess Automated Cell Counter, the beads are mixed 1:1 with trypan blue and loaded into the Countess Chamber Slide. The Countess Test Beads offer researchers a reliable tool to ensure their Countess Automated Cell Counter is performing proper cell counting and sizing analysis before running critical experiments.
We also offer the Countess 3 Standard Slide (Cat. No. A51876), which is a ready-to-use and reusable reference and demo slide for cell counting, viability, and fluorescence on the Countess Automated Cell Counters.
