Motic™ Panthera TEC Epi-Polarizing Reflected Light Binocular Microscope
The Panthera TEC POL models present a high flexibility for the inspection of all kinds of polarizing materials, transparent samples, and opaque specimens from technical education environments and industrial quality control.
Supplier: Motic™ 1100104600261
Description
Even transparent birefringent structures from biology and medicine (heart muscle cells, secondary cell walls, etc.) can be detected by the Full Koehler illumination of Panthera TEC POL Microscopes. With Panthera TEC POL models, now opaque industrial samples can be examined to detect bireflection of flat polished/etched surfaces.
- Interchangeable 30 W Halogen/3 W LED light source is part of full Koehler setup with field and aperture diaphragm
- Built-in low energy mode and LED feedback indicator helps optimize workflow
- LED incident light source can easily be changed to different color temperatures (3500 K or 5500 K)
- LD/UC Plan Achromatic objectives focus on strain-free mounting for maximum darkness of image background
- 5-fold encoded nosepiece memorizes light intensity for each objective position to replicate illumination once objective is swung in again
- Compact Epi-Illuminator carries a slot for polarizer and analyzer, ready to set up Polarization contrast and reduce internal reflections
- Intermediate tube with focusable/centerable Bertrand lens is prepared for conoscopic analysis of crystals and minerals in transmitted light
- All trinocular versions (25° viewing angle) have fixed beam split of 50/50 (visual/camera port)
- 360° rotatable stage runs smoothly for easy positioning of sample, bringing regions precisely into crossing point of eyepiece reticle
