Viral Total Nucleic Acid Kit also includes 20mL lysis buffer, 2 x 1mL proteinase K solution, and 20mL nuclease-free water. LEV Blood DNA Kit also includes 20mL lysis buffer and 2 x 1mL proteinase K solution.
