Thermo Scientific™ Silanized Glass Vials
Save time and minimize waste costs when performing quantitative analysis or storing materials by using these pretreated, silanized vials.
Supplier: Thermo Scientific™ C3920ACTS
Description
Save time and minimize waste costs when performing quantitative analysis or storing materials . Thermo Scientific™ Silanized Glass Vials are treated by vapor phase deposition silanization method. Surface deactivation treatments such as silanization and siliconization may play an important role in preserving the integrity of certain materials or extracts stored in glass containers. Surface modification eliminates active sites on the surfaces of boroslicate glass.
- Silanized to save time and minimize waste costs when performing quantitative analysis or storing materials
- Silylating agent reacts with active groups on glass surface so they are less reactive; inhibits materials from adhering onto container surface to maximize recovery of trace analytes
