VetMAX PRRSV 3.0 Reagents contain master mix, Xeno RNA control, and a primers/probes mix that enable multiplex, one-step, reverse transcription and real-time PCR (RT-PCR) assays targeting North American (NA) and European (EU) porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRSSV) RNA and Xeno RNA. The Xeno RNA control (10,000 copies/μL) is added during extraction as an internal positive control (IPC). These reagents contain an updated primer/probe mix compared to the similar VetMAX NA and EU PRRSV 2.0 Reagents.
