It has been used against histoplasmosis, blastomycosis, cryptococcal meningitis, and aspergillosis. It?s different formulations are used to study Candida strains in murine invasive infections. It has been used to study proliferative changes of the forestomach mucosa in alloxan-induced diabetic rats..
